Support for Navigating Access to Treatment

Once a prescribing decision has been made, Invivyd Care can provide assistance in facilitating the patient's access to treatment, including:

• Investigation of insurance coverage and benefits verification across all types of insurance
• Navigation of the insurance prior authorization (PA) process
• Help with identifying a site of care for treatment based on provider direction and insurance requirements
• Educate on treatment logistics
• Review of out-of-pocket costs for all patients and co-pay support for eligible commercially insured patients
• Provide information on billing, coding, and claims appeal process
• Support access by providing information around plan specifics and the appeals process, as needed

To initiate enrollment with your patient, complete the Patient Enrollment Form online and submit using DocuSign or print the Patient Enrollment Form, fill it out, and return it via e-fax to Invivyd Care at 855-233-1706.
